Through personalized coaching, workforce solutions, and coordinated community efforts, we work to ensure that everyone—job seekers, businesses, and organizations alike—has what they need to succeed.

We meet people where they are. Strengthen LA offers one-on-one coaching, resource navigation, and direct connections to supportive services and employment opportunities. Whether someone needs help preparing for work, exploring a new career path, or overcoming barriers, we walk alongside them to make the process easier and more achievable.

We help employers build, grow, and retain a strong workforce. Through monthly partner convenings, industry conversations, job shadow opportunities, and employer-informed training programs, we provide practical tools and collaborative solutions that address real hiring and retention challenges.
